Cyanotype print of Peony on A3 Arches Platine Cotton Rag paper. This is one of my favourite prints. I am offering this one at a reduced price as it has a few marks in the coating. See detail pictures.

I make each cyanotype print by hand coating cotton rag paper with a specially mixed light sensitive solution in very dim lighting. I then let it dry overnight. I expose it under a large negative and a piece of glass, usually the sun. I then rinse the paper in water and the blue image emerges.

Each print is slightly different due to the brushstrokes and other variations in the handmade process.
